the only data i may store is data you freely provide. mostly limited to a username and e-mail. i may collect and use data about your interactions with the site. i do not collect any other personal information that is not related to this site as far as i know.
COPPA NOTICE: this site not intentionally directed at kids and i have no current reliable method to obtain perinatal permission to allow kids to freely use this site. So there for i do not allow anyone under the age of 13 to use my site. if i find any data and evidence from internal and external sources that make me aware that data could be from a minor that data will be deleted without warning to the affected user(s). if you belevie that your child has used my site without permission and would like data removed please reach out to me or my mod team on discord.
it is my intention to run this site with as much transparency as reasonable so if you have any questions regarding how this site is ran or data i collect feel free to reach out to me in discord. (sybergoosejr)
although i want to be as transparent as possible with this site i will not share any personal identifiable information with the only exception of user name/s. therefore any requested data will not include inernal ID's, emails, IP addresses, physical addresses or legal names and other info I deem to be use to personaly idetify your physical person. However if you have chosen to make your user name your legal/real name you wave that portion of this section.
I reserve the right to update this TOS at any time without any kind of warning to my users although i may warn them at my own discression.
