I will handle personal computer and small electronics repairs or questions at a low cost. I offer this service to folks that are willing to ship me their items for repair evaluation. I also accept drop off if you know me in person. I can not garuntee all repairs will be successful outcomes, but I will do my best to warn you if repairablity is unlikely or there is risk to your device or data in the repair.
I will preform non invasive diagnostics at no cost (except shipping costs). this is things like scans and system checks as well as visiual inspections without opening the device. typicly if I have to open the device for diagnostics it will be considered advanced diagnostics and I will include it as labor on your repair.
If you are looking for Remote repair services and you landed here, I do not recomend you to have your computer repaired remotely and recomend you seak out a local repair tech that you can meet and see face to face. with that said I can chat with you on discord and give you a few pointers, However I do not wish to controll your computer remotely unless absolutely nessary.
Please note I can not offer any speedy services that require any parts, as I do not stock any parts for any devices. Parts are sold at retail prices or at cost, which ever is greater(plus any shipping fees). all part orders must be approved by you before I place the order. I will do my best to inform you the estmated time for me to get the part.
Most repairs may only take me a few hours to complete. However I offer these services on the side of what I mainly do for a living. Therefore if your repair is time critical please find a local repair shop in your area. in total I should only have your device for about 3-5 buisness days on avarage not including any time waiting on parts or contact with you to approve repairs.
Before you ship please contact me for shipping information. you can reach me in the discord server. In general you will need to pay for parts and shipping at minnimum before I can send any device back.
How much you pay for your repair is up to you! however I do require a minnimum amount to cover cost of parts and shipping. payment arangement will be made on discord. Regardless of payment method I only accept USD and NANO. (NANO only valid for labor costs)
A sugested rate for labor is 50$ per hour.

Please note my space is limited and I can not store computers forever. In the unlikely event you can not pay for return shpping and/or parts, I will first hold the computer untill you are able to pay up to 90 days as long as you keep in touch. In the unlikely event you fail to keep in touch with me or I can not reach you by any means you orignaly provied me I will consider the computer abandoned after 60 days.
Items shipped to me without any identifying marks, names, return address or a note of some kind will be considered imidately abandoned or a gift to me.
Once I considered a computer abandoned I will dispose of the computer at my discression.
