I can’t promise every fix will work, but I’ll be straight with you if your device is a lost cause or if there’s risk to your data. My goal? Get your shit running without breaking your bank.
Free non-invasive diagnostics (you cover shipping). I’ll run scans, check systems, and eyeball the device without opening it. If I need to crack it open for deeper diagnostics, that’s counted as labor and billed at my standard rate. I’ll give you a heads-up before diving in.
I don’t do remote repairs—too sketchy. Find a local tech you can meet face-to-face. That said, I’m happy to hop on Discord and toss you some pointers to troubleshoot your issue. DM me, and we’ll chat. Remote control? Only if it’s absolutely fucking necessary.
I don’t stock parts, so no rush jobs if parts are needed. You’ll pay the exact cost of parts (plus shipping), and I’ll get your approval before ordering anything. I’ll also give you an estimated wait time for parts to arrive. No surprises, no bullshit.
Most repairs take me a few hours of actual work, but I do this on the side, so expect 3-5 business days total, not counting parts delays or waiting for your approval. If you’re in a hurry, hit up a local shop—this ain’t a race.
