Raw stock by condition

Inventory shows qty + list price per condition. UPC lives on each condition row (sealed = Unit). Each buy can have its own cost — sell oldest first (FIFO).

Raw: condition + qty + cost. Choose GRD only for graded slabs (own listing).

Save the card first, then add stock — or fill this and click Save (creates card + first buy).

    Total: $0.00

    Payment

    Cash hits the drawer. Card still counts in day sales total (own line on cash audit). Trade/other are recorded but not drawer cash.

    Edit unit prices for discounts. Stock is reduced on complete. Trade = $0 or negotiated value is fine.

    Sales audit

    Scoped to the shop you are viewing (switch store from the inventory header).

    Sold graded archive

    Full slab entries and photos are kept after sale for audit and re-download (this shop only). They leave the main inventory view. If you enter the same cert later, you’ll get a popup; use Restore if you bought the slab back.

    Cash / show audit

    Drawer cash and expenses for the current shop only. Sales total uses this store’s checkouts.
